VP of Business and Talent Acquisition

Matthew is VP of Business and Talent Acquisition for CPA By Choice and Staffing By Choice.  After serving in the US Marine Corps, Matthew worked in business development and recruiting for both Startups through Fortune 1000 organizations and joined CPA By Choice in 2010.  His experience includes raising capital, product development, marketing and sales, initiating global trade partnerships, even negotiating a Joint Venture with an SEC company.  This diverse experience enables him to quickly understand our client’s needs.  He holds a Bachelors in Political Science from Columbia College and an MBA from Florida International University.  Matthew enjoys learning about new companies, their strategies and hurdles, as well working to form a Human Capital strategy that drives ROI.
